What will happen if my flight is delayed?

We check your flight status online and get information about your landing time, so even if your flight is delayed, there will be somebody waiting for you upon your arrival.

When I arrive at the airport or port how will I identify the company's driver that will be waiting for me?

The driver will be at the standard pick-up point (Arrivals) holding a sign or a tablet with your name & surname

How do I pay ?

You pay 30 % deposit for your transfer or tour when you complete your booking online. This means that everything is confirmed and taken care of in advance so you don’t need to worry about any unpleasant surprises. Currently, we accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard, as well as most major debit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal. Yes we can cater for child seats to all our destinations and upon request when booking.

I have lost my luggage can you collect it for me later?

All airlines have lost baggage handling agents. You will need communicate with them as they will bring your lost luggage to you at no additional cost. In any other case, yes, of course, we can provide this assistance upon request.

Is it possible to request a baby seat/s

Yes we can cater for child seats to all our destinations and upon request when booking.

I want to change my reservation. How can I proceed?

Only by email informing us about changes through our contact form. (see Terms).

What Hours Are You Open? When Can I Contact You?

Our service is provided 24/7 all year long. Please contact us at any time via email or phone

How long will our transfer take?

We give an indication of the distance and driving time between transfer points at the moment of booking. This information is supplied as a guidance only and not as commitment.

Can I cancel my booking ?

Yes. You can always cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

We offer you a free pick up service from Agia Pelagia to Malia. Just tell us in which hotel you are staying and we'll pick you up from the door. For further convenience, our team will name the meeting point as soon as you make your reservation.

What Is The Minimum Age For Children On Your Excursions?

There is no minimum age for children (or guests under the age of 18 years) on all excursions as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
